Thirty years ago, Founder and CEO Prakash Gavri saw a gap in the workspace industry. He noticed business owners were bogged down with office maintenance and basic but time-consuming administrative tasks.
He started AdvantEdge as a way to give business owners the freedom to focus on their work amidst dynamic workspaces with top-notch personalized service and support. AdvantEdge began as Washington Executive Services, Inc, a one-office suite in the heart of the West End. It did not take long for the company to take off and in 1990, Gavri opened a second space in the Chevy Chase Pavilion building. The second location became Chevy Chase Executive Services, Inc. The mission of both locations resonated with business owners- to achieve a professional space with customizable services that would enable their companies to grow.
