We all have coworkers who seem to have it all together—including what seems like an impossible exercise routine. We imagine them waking up at 5 AM and tossing together a body and mind nourishing smoothie, heading out for a run while watching the sun rise, and still managing to arrive early at the office with the kind of glow you can’t pay for. Or maybe they use their lunch hour for a local yoga class, hit the gym for a session with a personal trainer after the day ends, or any other number of time-consuming fitness activities.
But what if your life is more complicated than that? How do you find the time to incorporate fitness into a routine where you work 40-60 hours a week, rush home to fulfill your family duties, put the kids to bed, and wonder when you’ll ever find time to get the laundry done (let alone relax for a few hours)? In today’s bustling world, the mere idea of integrating a workout routine into an already overwhelming schedule can seem next to impossible. Therefore, it’s not surprising that
more than half of adults in America get less than the recommended amount of exercise .
The good news is, with a little creativity, fitting in a healthy dose of exercise into your day is not as unattainable as you might think. If you are among the many people who just can’t seem to find the time for fitness, check out the tips below!
