We are thrilled to announce that the expansion of our Downtown (L Street) location is officially complete! Along with this expansion, AdvantEdge has ended operations at our flagship West End location after nearly three decades of business. However, the majority of our West End clients relocated to our expanded Downtown center, and we are excited to open new doors as this one closes. Our newest suite has been freshly refurbished, tastefully decorated and totally supplied with the latest and greatest executive accommodations.
At 23,000 square feet, the new suite is one of the largest in AdvantEdge’s growing business center empire. In addition to the center’s five existing conference rooms, the suite adds four more, and each is outfitted with flat screen TVs, telecommunication capabilities and rich mahogany finishes. The long hallways are adorned with art created by local artists and flora, creating an open yet cozy space. Half a dozen sitting areas are peppered throughout and are ideal for brainstorming, small meetings or networking.
There are individual workspaces aplenty and each comes furnished and equipped with high-speed Internet. More deluxe spaces offer spectacular views of L Street and the surrounding Downtown Business District via floor-to-ceiling windows.

With a larger staff than ever before, clients can expect reliable reception services, on-time mail delivery and a robust, technologically capable administrative support staff.
