Less than two weeks into 2022, it is not too late to set goals and make resolutions for the new year. Especially when it comes to working, we always have new benchmarks to reach or areas for improvement. Even if you don’t have specific ones in mind, just the act of setting goals can help bring intention and purpose to the workday. Here are five goals that anyone can set, no matter your field of work.

									1. Level Up Your Professional Presence

Whether you are looking for a new job or thriving in your current role, there are always ways to level up your professional presence. Start with revamping your LinkedIn profile and take the time to learn how you can get the most out of the site. Research professional groups to join or look on Meet Up for events in your field. You can also learn a new skill. Continually learning is a great way to add new tools to your business or can help with a job switch. Classes from General Assembly and Skillshare are a fun way to learn online, on your own time.

					2. Make a Workspace Switch

2022 is the perfect time to switch workspaces or explore a new type of office space solution. For those already in a shared workspace, check out a new meeting room or co-working desk. Take time this year to explore all of the amenities and support your location offers.
